What does Wild Guard Monthly cover?+
All common BC household pests: ants (all species), spiders, wasps, silverfish, earwigs, rodents (exterior perimeter program), cluster flies, and general insect monitoring. Specialty services (bed bugs, full-home wildlife exclusion, cockroach eradication) are separate — but Wild Guard subscribers get 15% off those when they need them.
How is this different from a quarterly plan?+
More proactive + includes emergency response. A standard quarterly plan is four scheduled visits per year. Wild Guard adds unlimited emergency callouts at contract pricing, 15% off specialty services, priority scheduling (same-day vs same-week), and monthly digital service reports even for months without a visit.
Can I pause or cancel?+
Yes, any month, without penalty. Pause if you're travelling, cancel if it's not working out. No lock-in contract. Cancellations effective the month after notice.
What's included in the $89 per month?+
Four scheduled preventive visits per year (one per season), unlimited emergency callouts during subscription, 15% off specialty services (bed bugs, wildlife exclusion, cockroach), priority same-day booking, monthly digital service reports, and the full 60-day pest return guarantee on every treatment.
Is there a different price for larger homes?+
Yes. $89/month is for residential homes up to 2,500 sqft. Larger homes ($129/month for 2,500-4,500 sqft, $169/month for 4,500+ sqft) have proportionally longer preventive visits. We'll confirm square footage on the first visit.
Do rental properties qualify?+
Yes. Landlord-paid or tenant-paid both work. For strata buildings we have a separate Strata Guard program (see /industries/strata) priced per-door.
What about the BC 2023 SGAR restriction?+
Wild Guard rodent work is 100% SGAR-compliant. We use first-generation anticoagulants in tamper-resistant exterior stations only, paired with mechanical exclusion and sealing. Full regulatory documentation included in your service records.
Can I add pets or vulnerable-occupant considerations?+
Yes. On signup we capture any pet-safety, child-safety, or allergy considerations and adjust product selection and placement accordingly. Reduced-risk actives, botanical or biological options, and sealed-bait-station-only programs are all available at no extra cost.
