The Quarterly Plan is the way most of our homeowners stay pest-free long-term. Instead of reacting when something shows up, we're proactively protecting the perimeter of your home every season — spring, summer, fall, and winter — when pests are doing different things at different times.
Each visit includes a full exterior perimeter treatment, interior spot-treatment where needed, a full inspection for new activity, and a detailed photo report delivered to you the same day. If a pest shows up between visits, we come back at no cost.
The price is $139 per visit — billed quarterly, so there's never a surprise. You can cancel any time. Most of our plan customers have been with us for multiple years.
