One-off and recurring plans for common BC pests.
Rodent Removal & Monitoring
Full rodent audit, trap setup, and 2 follow-up monitoring visits. We locate entry points and recommend exclusion as a permanent fix. Humane methods by default.
Bed Bug Heat Treatment
Single-visit thermal eradication. Chemical-free. All life stages killed in one session including eggs. Recommended for hotels, AirBnBs, and single-unit infestations.
Ant & Carpenter Ant Treatment
Targeted colony elimination. Carpenter ants get structural assessment plus treatment. Interior and exterior protection included.
Wasp & Hornet Removal
Same-day emergency removal. All nest sizes including high and hidden locations. Safe for families and pets.
Spider Treatment
Perimeter treatment plus void/web removal for common BC species including hobos and black widows.
Cockroach Eradication
Multi-visit protocol with gel baiting and IGR treatment. Most successful in 2-3 visits.
